Purchases from iCuvets.Com can be made 1, online via our store or sending us 2, a purchase order (POs) if you are from Government Institutions or Universities. Consult us for 3, an e-invoice to be processed by credit/debit card is also an alternative.

Placing an Order Online

When we receive your order online, the order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 days. The forwarder is usually by FedEx and tracking information will be updated to your account.

New customers are suggested to register or log in from social media account before placing orders so that to download invoices, packing slips from the dashboard, and to track the order information online.

The steps for placing an order are as described below:

1. Login with Social Media Account or Register

       3. Navigate to choose an account and follow the step to log in

        Check our Privacy Policy about the information we collect.

    Register to Login

  • Navigate to my account on the top right
  • Key in the email account and click register

An email confirmation will be sent to your email with the username and password. You can later on login again using this information and change your password.

2. Add Products to your Shopping Cart and Checkout

  1. Navigate to the specific product page
  2. Choose the correct variation type
  3. Check variation description and price
  4. Decide the quantity and click Add to Cart

        5. Hover to the shopping bag icon and click View Cart

     Check product and variation details, enter the discount code available.

3. Proceed to Checkout

    3.1 Check out with Stripe.

  1. Login to Checkout with Paypal Account
  2. Guest Checkout with Credit / Debit Card without Creating a Paypal Account

4. Confirmation of Order

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The e-mail will summarize the details of the order placed and the payment due for the purchase. Shipment details will be updated to the account and sent by another email.

 

Placing an Order by E-mail

iCuvets.Com accepts orders placed by e-mail to sales@icuvets.com.

To purchase, please submit a signed, dated purchase order form (PO). Orders become legally binding only upon the receipt of written confirmation or upon receipt of the commodity and associated invoice. Please mention your account number (which is located on all invoices and packing lists) when placing an order by any of the above methods.

 

Please provide the following information with your order:

  • Your Name, Telephone, E-mail address and Fax number.
  • Purchase Order Number.
  • Institution Name and Attention Line.
  • Shipping Address.
  • Billing Address
  • Product Catalog Number, Description, and Quantity.
  • VAT number and information, if applicable.

For deliveries via freight forwarder: Please provide freight forwarder’s contact name and e-mail. Your orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Contact us by sales@icuvets.com for any further queries.
